What We Do
While we understand that life happens and schedules may be changed, we ask that you provide 48 hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule. This will allow for our team to adjust their schedule accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our wait list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues may come up. We will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.
Please call the salon 201-857-5999 and let us know if you are running more than 10 minutes late. Late arrivals may be subject to shortened appointments or we may be forced to reschedule your appointment.
Service Redo Policy
We strive to offer our clients the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let us know within 3 days of your visit and we will be happy to correct the issue. The redo policy does not cover a change in style or color and a fee will be applied as necessary. This is only for minor touch ups, not changed minds. Full service price applies after one week.
Please note that we do not accommodate clients under the age of 12 at this time.
We are taking all the necessary precautions to keep you safe, as well as ourselves, during your visit.
We will continue to stay informed about new developments and guidance related to COVID-19 for the state of NJ. Keeping everyone healthy during their visit is our priority.
